How do you know if you have a leaking tub?

There are different ways to discover leaking water in your home. The tub upstairs was leaking which eventually caused the crown molding to push off the wall.

1. If there is a mildew smell in your hall or room there could be a leak in the area.
2. Finding mold on the surface is a sure sign of water leaking.
3. Humidity in the area after showers or rain storms are signs of a leak.
