What happen when your home has mold?

There's really only one way to get rid of mold, remove any material with visible signs of growth. Although the mold was not growing inside the home, the crawl space underneath was too humid causing mold growth. A pipe had broken under the home causing mold to grow on the wood and flooring. All of it had to be torn out. However, the new floor could not be restored until the crawlspace was cleaned and dried.

We used a containment barrier to keep any mold spores from finding their way into the home while the crawlspace was being cleaned.
